By downloading or using OBD Master (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Use of the App

  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • You will not use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
  • You are responsible for any OBD-II adapter you connect and for safe operation of your vehicle.

Diagnostic Disclaimer

OBD Master provides diagnostic information based on data reported by your vehicle. Results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for any decisions, repairs, or vehicle purchases made based on App output.

Driving Safety

Never operate the App while driving. Pull over safely before reading live data or codes. You are solely responsible for compliance with local traffic laws.

Intellectual Property

The App, its content, branding, and code are owned by OBD Master and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBD Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damage to your vehicle.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
